Envelope has not received yet

I have sent an envelope by Fedex from Jeddah to Riyadh. Submission date was on 19.10.2010 at 16:00. The envelope reached Jeddah on 20.10.2010 at 05:00. However, I have not received the envelope yet. Today is Thursday 21.10.2010 and still no news on the envelope. It is really disappoined because we deal with a famouse name in delivery issue. It was supposed to receive the envelope on Wednesday 20.10.2010 and departe on Thursday to France for attending a conference on Fri 22.10.2010.I lost my flight as well as the conference!!!!
